Fluffy Dice Mate!!!!

As soon as I  see a pair of  fluffy dice I remember them hanging from the rear view mirror of  “SICK”cars . I am taken back to the late 70s and  early 80s and songs like Queens ,” Im in Love With My Car”, which contains such classic lines as :

“Told my girlfriend I had to forget her,

had to buy me a new carburetor …”

And

“Cars don’t  talk back , they’re just 4 wheeled friends now “.

Pretty much sums it all up I reckon!

Car culture was huge and fluffy dice seemed to inevitably come with  gaudy  seat covers, extra loud exhaust , and car kits . The drivers were often “Lowriders” . Sometimes their  heads were barely visible over the steering wheel which they manouvered with their left hand while the right arm  , elbow bent, rested  firmly  on the rim of the drivers side open car window , usually holding a ciggy , probably a Winnie blue or a Marlboro Red !

Response for
